DA's Awesomeness, Alexis Awesomeness!!!!!!

Let me just say: OH YEAH!!! Go Deviant Art!!!!!! WOOP WOOP WOOP!!!! So excited! I was like NO WAY!! And  the article is so fantastic! It really captures Us I think, us of course being the masses of wonderful Deviants in the world! In case you missed the icon at the top of your page, Deviant Art has made it into a magazine! We are famous now!! Woop Woop!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY! Seriously, though I am so excited I can hardly stand it! I will admit I let out SEVERAL girly screeches when I read the article! And even now I am practically in my seat! I mean really, it's about time Deviant Art got some publicity for it's awesomeness! Okay, I am attempting to calm down, because I do have other news besides the AWESOMENESS of DA!!!! Okay, I will attempt to move on.

~Okay, so I am in school, and very excited to be back in classes! guzophela.deviantart.com/ Oh, before I completely forget: check her out! She is amazing! I met her in my Humanities class of all places! It was fate that had us sit next to one another! She has already introduced me to new artists for which I am extremely grateful; herself included of course! Okay, back on topic: My fingers are cold! That is NOT the topic. Sorry! Alright, school is fantastic (that is apparently my new favorite word according to my bf: fantastic) !!!! I am getting excellent grades, because I have a kick butt study ethic. Seriously, :/ you have no idea. Sleep is like, unimportant when I am in school. Ad yet somehow I am more energetic than when I am not in school. I think it must be that energizer battery pack on my back. Just kidding! Okay, so I have already made 3 new friends: which I am so excited about because as I am sure you all know: friends are essential to my survival!! ESSENTIAL!!

~More news: I was fired! Yes, it was sudden and unexpected. Yes, my manager is a jerk and it was absolutely vicious. What happened you ask? Well, my job is Cleaning Captain. And as Cleaning Captain I am in charge of cleaning the store, and making sure everything is you know, amazingly clean. And I was very serious about my job. So, when my job changed and I was no longer in charge of cleaning the inside of the store, only the outside; I was worried because night crew doesn't know how to clean. My fears were confirmed when I came in the morning and there was food on the floor, and, lets say 'stuff' on the men's bathroom wall. So, I called my General Manager and asked hr if I could train night crew. She said it was no longer my job. When I offered to do it off the clock, she said I was insubordinate. She then fired me. When I asked her for a transfer she asked Who would hire me? Then she hung up on me, then called the  manager on duty and told her to escort me off the property because I was trespassing. So, yeah. It was bad, I cried. It was horrible. But I already applied for unemployment, and I already put in my application for food stamps. So that's all to be said about that.

~More More News!!! It is so COLD in Florida! And I know I shouldn't be complaining, because it doesn't even SNOW here, but it is the coldest winter I can remember! And the longest! I mean, it usually isn't even cold by now! So I am like, so ready for it to be Spring! I mean, SERIOUSLY!!! Okay, enough complaining!

~News News News News: Robin McKinley is one of my most FAVORITE authors ever and I have just finished her new book Pegasus, which is fantastic and HOPEFULLY the first of TWO!! And now I am longing for the second, and fervently praying for the second one to come out soon! Because seriously, this book is fantastic! I recommend it for EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! So go read it!!!!

~News^4 Okay, so, I turn 20 this year! Which I think is pretty darn exciting! I mean, 20 is like, a MAJOR milestone, right? Well, I am looking forward to it anyway! It's not until August 2, but still! Just thought I'd mention it, because I am so excited!
